Calories Burned, How many a day?

There are many ways to burn Calories. We can definitely burn Calories by exercising, but also, we can burn Calories by doing what we do everyday.  These charts simply show how many Calories we can burn (Average). 




 


 

 

Keep in mind that one pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories.  Therefore, as a general rule, it is necessary to lose 500 calories a day in order to lose 1 pound per week !
