I’d like to introduce another natural-homemade-Skin Care tip. This time, it’s Paprika Facial Mask! Paprika Mask can be very effective for your skin since it provides many benefits to your skin.
1. Paprika contains lots of Vitamins, iron, and Beta-Carotene. These nutrients prevent you from getting freckles and age spots. Basically, they restrain producing melanin pigment which makes your skins darker.
2. Paprika is very rich in Beta-Carotene as I mentioned above. Beta-Carotene becomes Vitamin A when it gets into our skin, which helps you to prevent from getting wrinkles. Also, it promotes a bright complexion.
3. It helps you prevent getting skin troubles.
Now, we have enough reasons to try this Paprika Facial Mask. So, let’s start !
Ingredients: Paprika 1/2, Flour or Oatmeal powder, 1T spoon of Milk, Mask Sheet(Optional), 1 spoon of Honey(Optional)
Blend them and put them into a bowl when it’s done.
Put a small amount of Flour or Oatmeal powder to make a good enough concentration of Paprika mix for facial massage.
Put 1 spoon of Honey into the bowl and mix them well. It is optional to add Honey, but I always recommend it !
That’s it ! We already have the natural homemade Paprika Facial Mask !
If you have sensitive skin, it is always very important to do a patch test before you try it on your face !
Even if you do not have sensitive skin, do the patch test ! Do the patch test for about 10 to 15 minutes in order to identify whether Paprika Facial Mask in contact with your skin causes any inflammation, irritation or anything like that.
Attach a Mask Sheet to your face. It would be easier to attach if you make your Mask Sheet wet by spraying a small amount of water.
If you don’t have the Mask Sheet, you can use a thin gauze. Then, use a brush to put Paprika Facial Mask on your face.
Leave it on your face for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water !
It’s always recommended not to exceed 15 minutes. Also, do this only once a week
